Cliche title is cliche

whole point of this pic is because I needed to have one last drawing before my birthday..which is in..3 days. That's why I've been working nonstop on this for the past 5 days trying to get this done on time before I turn-- AHHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOO. --17.

Edit:Okay, it's supposed to be Hinata, but looks nothing like her, so this edit is supposed to just explain that it's not Hinata anymore. I changed some things and took away her tattoo, so let's just say it's..some..random chick. yeah.

Anyways, ~luluY cosplayed Hinata just a few days ago, and they're...really...really pretty. Which is why I also kinda wanted to draw Hinata, but not really because my drawing can't compare to Lulu's pretty-ness. And Lulu, I hope you're not reading this because this is probably the most I've ever complimented you and it's embarrassing me.
